supporting you to build up your own strategy and drive,
to be the successful leader, coach and mentor that takes lead.
You act efficiently - to grow yourself
Taking notes and finding your valuable reflections,
summarizing your thinking into guiding key words,
training and improving your leadership skills,
connecting yourself to selected key people - for guidance
and help.
You will be certified
You will print your documentation at the end of this program -
then you share this with your significant Boss - who will certify you.
Guidance
Working through each block, please follow this guidance.
1. The Input
Every block starts with a video input to stimulate your thinking process.
- You listen
- You take notes
After the input you write down your overall reflexions - valuable to the common thinking process of your team.
2. The important Task
Then you do the special task you will find in connection with the block.
3. Building your approach
It will take you some time to find out how you will add your new ideas and insights.
You take initiatives to learn from your selected key peoples experiences.
You make your plan how to upgrade the leadership of your team.
You train and prepare to improve yourself.
4. Acting
You start to implement your more professional interaction step by step.
It´s a common learning development for you and your team to be more efficient together.
5. Your personal leadership concept
Your work on each block will be helpful in various situations.
You can print out supportive material from each block.
In the end you can print out your whole documentation.
6. Working individually or in a team

Depending on your background you will go faster or slower pace.
Make sure to regularly have time slots in your planner for preparation and training over a three month period.
Your seeds need some time to grow into flowers.
